What an odd and interesting design; I bet there's a story there. However, it does the job very well. I have hand issues and have a need for very good visibility of the needle when inserted in the vial. This product meets that need more effectively than a more "traditional" design I used previously. The instructions are complete and well-thought out. The item parts come together quickly and have obvious design refinements. I'm glad I purchased this upgrade to my previous arrangement.

This is perfect. I am a person with neurological disease and simply cannot hold a syringe in the bottle and pull the plunger without bending the needle every time. THANK YOU for coming up with something that helps! I received it in the mail yesterday slapped the Velcro on, snapped the piece in and was able to use it right away.

Works very well. Highly recommended. Some fiddling to get the correct shims depending on your vial size, but the kit and instructions make it easey.
Ingenious idea as most guides are for a specific vile and/or syringe size. It took some time to assemble but worth not wasting syringes because of the needle bending and keeps my hand steady while filling the syringe.
